Experienced Leadership, Growing Talent

Our sales and export team includes professionals with over ten years of experience in the mortuary, pathology, and laboratory equipment industry. These senior team members bring deep product knowledge, understanding of international procurement processes, and long-standing relationships with distributors and hospital procurement officers across Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, and South America.

At the same time, we actively recruit and train recent graduates from engineering, international trade, and biomedical disciplines. This blend of experienced leadership and young talent ensures that Roundfin continues to grow while maintaining the professional expertise that B2B buyers expect from a CE marked, ISO 13485 certified equipment manufacturer.

Engineering and Technical Design

Behind every Roundfin product -- from mortuary refrigerators with dual-compressor redundancy to autopsy tables with perimeter downdraft ventilation -- is a dedicated engineering team that designs, tests, and refines each instrument before it reaches production. Our engineers work directly with customers on OEM/ODM customization projects, producing technical drawings, material specifications, and compliance documentation tailored to each order's requirements.

Global Exhibition Presence

Roundfin's team regularly represents the company at major international trade fairs including MEDICA in Dusseldorf, CMEF in Shanghai, the Canton Fair in Guangzhou, and AFE in Hong Kong. These exhibitions allow our sales and technical staff to meet B2B buyers face-to-face, conduct live product demonstrations, discuss customization requirements, and build the personal relationships that underpin long-term business partnerships.
